Double pull guard - Doppia chiamata di guardia

Non sarà sfuggito a molti lottatori che sempre più spesso, in competizione, si assiste alla doppia chiamata di guardia. Si tratta di una situazione tattica in cui si vengono a trovare due lottatori che vogliono entrambi giocare dalla guardia.

It will not be missed by many grapplers that more and more often, in competition, we assist to the double pull guard. It is a tactical situation that happen when two grapplers  want both play guard.

Per molti questo gioco è una super specializzazione, una forma di degenerazione sportiva e per i più tradizionalisti la morte del jiu-jitsu. Di fronte a certe situazioni, come la guardia 50/50, la "vecchia scuola" storce il naso, mentre i giovani e supermodernisti jiujitseri si esaltano.

Devo ammettere che anch'io resto perplesso quando vedo la classica doppia culata volante ma da guardero devo osservare l'evoluzione del jiu-jitsu in maniera non pregiudiziale e accettare di studiare le novità che si propongono nel nostro sport.

I should admit that I am also perplexed when I see the classic double flying fall on the buttocks  but like guard player I have to observe the evolution of jiu-jitsu in a not prejudicial way and study the innovations that are proposed in our sport.

Diciamolo! La doppia presa d guardia è un grande buco nero nel gioco di molti guarderi. Esperti di questa tattica sono alcuni lottatori d'elite, ma i trucchi e le dinamiche di questa guardia non sono ancora stati sviscerati in video, e seminari. Questo che propongo è l'unico video esistente in rete che affronta questo argomento.

Let's say it! the doubel pull guard tactic is a big black hole in many guard players game. Only few top athletes are experts of this kind of guard and many tricks and the dynamics of this guard has not yet been studied in depht in videos or seminars. that I propose is the only existing video on the net that address this topic.

Ci si accorge di quanti dettagli e situazioni occorre tenere a mente se si aspira a ben fare in competizione contro avversari esperti in questi giochi.
